🍫 Chocolate Mug Cake (Quick Dessert)
Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil (or melted butter)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: chocolate chips or chunks, a scoop of ice cream, or a drizzle of chocolate syrup
Instructions:

Mix dry ingredients
In a microwave-safe mug, mix the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt. -
Add wet ingredients
Stir in the milk, oil, and vanilla extract until smooth. Make sure there's no dry flour at the bottom. -
Optional goodies
Add a few chocolate chips or pieces of chocolate if you like it extra gooey. -
Microwave
Microwave on high for 1 minute. If the cake looks too wet, cook for an extra 10–15 seconds (don’t overcook). -
Serve
Let it cool for a minute, then top with ice cream or syrup if desired. Enjoy straight from the mug!
