🍫 Chocolate Mug Cake (Quick Dessert)

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (or melted butter)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: chocolate chips or chunks, a scoop of ice cream, or a drizzle of chocolate syrup

Instructions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients
    In a microwave-safe mug, mix the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  2. Add wet ingredients
    Stir in the milk, oil, and vanilla extract until smooth. Make sure there's no dry flour at the bottom.

  3. Optional goodies
    Add a few chocolate chips or pieces of chocolate if you like it extra gooey.

  4. Microwave
    Microwave on high for 1 minute. If the cake looks too wet, cook for an extra 10–15 seconds (don’t overcook).

  5. Serve
    Let it cool for a minute, then top with ice cream or syrup if desired. Enjoy straight from the mug!
